In ALL cases YOU the Purchaser or the USER assumes full responsibility and all risk associated with the use of our products.
Our products are NOT to be purchased or USED by anyone under 18 years of age without responsible adult supervision.
It is the users responsibility to be compliant and to conform to local laws regarding Slingshots / Catapults and related products.
Slingshots/ Catapults can be Dangerous and should ONLY be used by responsible and trained individuals, and our Safety advice Below should be followed at ALL Times

Slingshots / Catapults and the products we sell are NOT Toys! They should only be used by Responsible Adults with sufficient Knowledge and Training. Slingshots can cause severe damage resulting in injury when used incorrectly. Read and follow the Safety advice .

Always Inspect your Slingshot / Catapult Frame, Bands and Pouch every shot. DO NOT USE your Slingshot / Catapult if ANY part of it is Damaged as this may cause injury to yourself or others.

Only use appropriate Ammo with your Slingshot / Catapult. Never use stones or any other projectiles other than proper ammunition, as this may cause damage to your Slingshot / Catapult and also cause injury to yourself and others.
Do not shoot in a direction of another Individual and always assess your surrounding area when shooting, be aware that the ammo will travel far and will ricochet of hard surfaces and cause injury to others nearby .
